All pieces are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. We put a lot of love into curating and crafting each item, so please double-check product details and photos before placing your order.

 

If something arrives damaged:

Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email us at shopmaemarche@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Please note:

• Small variations in stones, metals, or finishes are part of the beauty of handmade and natural materials — and not considered defects.
• We can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
